Track Description

General IS Topics Track

The General IS Topics track is intended for high-quality research papers and research in progress papers on topics that do not have a specific fit with other tracks.

The track aims to attract unique and novel papers and give an additional degree of freedom to the conference’s theme “Information Systems for a Sharing Society”, either from an epistemological, ontological or methodological perspective.

Novel research is welcome that is empirical and/or design oriented over the full range of research methods adopted within the IS discipline (including action research, case studies, field and laboratory experiments, modeling and simulation, prototype design).

Please check the detailed descriptions of other tracks before submitting your paper to this track to ensure a good fit with your submission.

The General Topics track is also the track to which chairs of other tracks are welcome to submit.
