ECIS 2019 has three categories for best paper awards, which are (1) Best Paper award for the Best Complete Research Paper; (2) Best Paper award for the Best Research in Progress paper; and (3) the Ciborra award, in remembrance of Claudio Ciborra, for the most innovative paper. The nominations in each category have been proposed by track chairs to the program chairs, research paper chairs and research-in-progress chairs, who then reduced them to a short list in each category. During the conference dinner the award winners will be announced and received the much wanted Best Paper certificate and a prize. All other nominated papers also received a certificate to thank them for their efforts of writing good and interesting papers.
The awards will be presented on 13 June, Conference dinner at Vasa Museum, to the winners.
