ou can use your electric appliances in Sweden, if the standard voltage in your country is in between 220 - 240 V (as is in the UK, Europe, Australia and most of Asia and Africa). But you may need a power plug adapter.

Internet Access
At both Kista Campus and Frescati Campus, high speed wi-fi access will be provided either through eduroam or the specific ECIS 2019 access codes.
Most hotels in Sweden offer high-speed Internet connections either in the room or on public areas within the hotel. Some access requires a fee. Ask the hotel staff if you are unsure. As well in most of the public spaces, e.g. coffee shops, city centers and libraries have free wi-fi access.

Smoking Forbidden (Rökning Förbjuden)
Smoking is forbidden inside any buildings, including bars and restaurants. You may smoke outside buildings, but make sure that you are far away from the buildings' entrance at least for 10 meters. From July 1, you can't smoke in some of the open public spaces, for example, bus stops and train platforms.
Unisex Toilets
Many public toilets in Sweden are unisex, so pay attention to the sign so as not to be surprised when you see people come to the same toilet. If you enter a unisex toilet, there will be a number of individual rooms that you can lock the doors to keep your privacy.
Frescati Campus has unisex toilets facilities. Please be aware of this fact!
